TVS Motors launches iQube Electric scooter priced at 1.15 lakh
Two-wheeler manufacturer from Chennai TVS Motor has entered the electric scooter market by launching iQube priced at 1.15 lakh. The scooter it will first be available in its own market Bangalore before launching the model to various other Indian cities. The iQube is a battery-powered vehicle similar to Chetak, the Bajaj Chetak and priced at the price of Rs. 1,00,000 (ex-showroom, Delhi). It is also available in the showroom, Delhi. Chetak is also restricted in its reach to Pune in addition to Bengaluru markets. Also, the Bajaj Chetak is also limited to Bengaluru and Pune markets.
The electric scooter is capable of the maximum speed of 78 km / hour. It comes with the 4.4 horsepower electric motor, and a range of 75km when fully charged. This TVS iQube electric vehicle is currently being launched in Bengaluru. Acceleration of 0-40 kilometers per hour is achievable with 4.2 seconds.
