Motor Vehicle Claim Procedure

The first step :

Customers submit claims or report initial claims no later than 3 x 24 hours after the incident through the 24H Hotline Claim: 021 – 5313 2777 or can visit the nearest ACPI branch office or via ACP Digital Claims through our official website for motor vehicle claim services at www. Horizonprotectionline.com or you can directly download the Cakrawala Proteksi Online application for mobile phone users with an Android system.

Second Step:

  • Immediately bring the vehicle to the Cakrawala Proteksi Indonesia Insurance Office / our Service Point to be checked by our survey officer for damage to the vehicle submitted as a claim
  • Fill out the claim form completely and clearly (the form is available) and submit it back to the survey officer by attaching supporting documents for the claim
  • After the requirements are met, the survey officer will direct you to the Partner Workshop to make repairs
  • For those who report digitally, please fill in the claim report along with uploading photos of the required documents, and then our staff will contact you again with details regarding the survey schedule.

Required claim supporting documents:

1. Claim Partial Loss (Claim Partial Loss)

  • Copy of STNK and SIM (driver at the time of the incident), as well as other documents deemed necessary by ACPI
  • “Receipt of Receipt of Report” or “Certificate of Statement” from the regional Police office where the loss occurred (in the case of partial loss due to criminal acts such as theft, other people’s evil deeds, etc.)

2. Claim for Lost Vehicle (Claim Actual Total Loss)

  • For the initial report of a claim, must prepare a copy of the driver’s license, STNK, and a copy of the policy, and if the claim is liable, the original document will be requested by the ACPI
  • “Report Receipt Letter” from the regional Police office where the vehicle loss occurred
  • Blocking Certificate” from the local SAMSAT-POLDA and “Certificate of Loss of Motor Vehicle” from the local Kaditserse-POLDA. Specifically for the processing of this document, a “Letter of Cover” from the ACP will be given
  • Original / Spare vehicle ignition key, original STNK, original BPKB, original Purchase Invoice, original KIR Book, and Original Insurance Policy
  • 3 blank receipts (1 sheet with sufficient stamp duty and signed)
  • Signing the letter “Statement of Approval for Compensation as proof of claim settlement

3. Heavy Damage Claim (Claim Constructive Total Loss)

  • For the initial report of a claim, must prepare a copy of the driver’s license, STNK, and a copy of the policy, and if the claim is liable, the original document will be requested by the ACPI
  • “Certificate” from the regional police office where the accident/loss occurred
  • After the survey is carried out by the survey officer, immediately bring the damaged vehicle to our Partner Workshop
  • If the estimated repair from the workshop reaches 75% of the Market price Immediately Before the Loss Occurs, then the claim can be considered a Constructive Total Loss claim.
  • If the claim can be declared as a Constructive Total Loss Claim, other documents are required as follows: Original and spare vehicle ignition key, original STNK, original BPKB, Original Purchase Invoice, KIR Book (especially for goods transporting vehicles), 3 blank receipts (1 duly stamped sheet) signed by the Customer
  • Letter of Release of Rights for vehicles on behalf of Legal Entities (Form provided by ACPI) signed on sufficient stamp duty and signed by the authorized official and affixed with the Company’s seal.
